| This is the original workout that will give you results, all others are followers. I remember when this was sold on vinyl or album, text book and VHS. I remember going to exercise class when our instructor would plug in the record player and play the album format. This is the best workout to date. I got results back when it was introduced in 1982 and now that I finally found a copy (unfortunately it is not sold on DVD) and started using it again I have achieved the same results. | I love this work out! The step aerobics are great for any level, for you can adjust difficulty by arm movements, or higher step. I have been stepping for years and found this in a thrift store for only $1. Well yes it was well worth it. The moves are fun, and the ab routine at the end is really great! |

| In the late eighties I was an aerobics fanatic. I tried so many different videos it was ridculous. This Jane Fonda work out was the absolute best. I used it for years. I thought it was thorough, covered all the body parts and the results were an overall slimming of the entire body without bulking up any part of my body. | I used this workout when I was a beginner excerciser, and it was very challenging! But, now I consider myself at a high intermediate level, I pulled this one out of the collection, and the weights, and the push-ups, and the lower body work are too short and are not a challenge, the aerobics will make you break a sweat, and raise your heart rate. | I love this workout and wish all step workouts were more like it: fun, varying in uncomplicated steps, and enthusiastic.
I honestly forgot I was working out and the time flew by. The cueing is the best I've seen on any workout DVDs I've done. Enjoy! |

| I haven't used a workout video in ages but I knew I wanted a dance aerobics video and this one got such good reviews I thought I'd try it out. I meant to do about 40 minutes but, before I knew it, the class was over and I had done a full 60 minutes! I was sweaty but smiling the whole time, the intervals are perfectly timed so that you're just getting tired when they start to bring the intensity down and you can make it easier or harder by doing higher or lower impact moves or by using your arms less or more.
