| The movie is okay only because Lisa Bonet is in it. Why isn't this movie sold on DVD? Or at least have the NC-17 version anyway. Come on people the NC-17 version should have been on DVD a long time ago. If it's out there we want to see it! |

| FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH is the best comical high school movie I've ever seen along with the fact that this DVD has some very interesting bonus features on it as well like showing scenes of "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" where they played a popular hit song in the 1980's like "She's Gonna Be Somebody's Baby Tonight" by Jackson Browne, "We Got The Beat" by The Go Go's, etc.

| I've read a couple of reviews that downgraded this film as being unrealistic. Of, course only the most sensational aspects of the war are portrayed. Duh, it's a movie. I wasn't over there. The war mercifully ended weeks before I would have been. I do have numerous friends who were. Many will not really talk about it (just like my dad who served 4 years in WWII and saw heavy action. | One word. Three letters. WOW! This movie has it all. A great cast, an explosive story, and wonderful plot. John Leguizamo is absolutely amazing. And David Caruso has never been better. Now if it were only available on DVD. |

| One of my favorites because it feels authentic and the ending has a nice twist. The film is not only about the jazz scene and the obsessive creative urge, but about friendship. Recommened by this jazz musician. I'd love to see this released on DVD... I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Excellent performances by Goldblum and Whitaker! |

| This movie is a special piece all the way. Travolta shines - and the chemistry is perfect in all other characters. If you read about spiritual light and sound in Paul Twitchell's The Flute of God (!!!), you have an even better handle on the depth of this movie! | I was in college when this came out and Robin's character taught me everything I needed about being sultry.
She is a bad ass bitch in the movie, in the vein of a Pam Grier character. The setting is Harlem, where only the feisty, the sly, and those with panache survive. Robin's portrayal of Immabel as slow-slurring, smooth as butter, carefree but calculating seductress is deftly-done. She carries the movie well and it's hard to take your eyes off her. | Jason's Lyric is clearly one of the best urban love stories ever put on film. The direction by Doug McHerny showed real talent as did his screenpaly. Allen Payne and Jada Pinkett both showed early lead acting roles in this good film. Finally I think Forrest Whitaker and Bokeem Woodbine both deserved Oscar nods for their work.
