| This is the 716th review of this movie! What can I say that has not already been said about this wonderfully compelling movie? I will not comment on the restoration process or the pros and cons of buying the 2-disk or 4-disk set, as this is adequately discussed by many other reviewers. I will say that this movie won 10 Academy awards and is still regarded as the 6th best epic movie of all-time. That should be credentials enough to want to view this extraordinary movie.

| This film is superb. I've watched it over and over again. And it's every bit as good as GWTW. I'm sure that David Selznick taught his sons the art of film making and it's obvious. One will only be as good as his teacher. A must for every film buff.

| If your a fan of 80's B-Movies like myself, this one is a must-have in your collection. While this doesn't compare to the original Salem's Lot, there is still entertaining humor to be had in this one. Most will rate this film terrible, but as the title of my review goes, it's only for the campy B-Movie collector only. too bad it's not officially on DVD.... |

| This oater is standard issue with a clever setup. It's 1863 in the small ranching community of Red Valley, Utah. Robbers bust into the Clanton Bank but find no money. They kill a couple of townsmen during their getaway. | The original to the remake Heaven can wait with Warren Beatty. Staring Robert Montgomery. Great story line. Another winning movie that todays movie makers have made over. Nice romantic story with some comedic relief. |

| Mike Flannigan (Dick Powell) is a mountee in the north. His duty calls him back to the wilderness after a stay in a city, but he can't leave without the woman he has fallen in love with (Evelyn Keyes). Kathy is from Boston, and her father is not convinced that she could have a happy life in the north. She makes the decision for herself though and lets love lead her away from the comfort of the city.
