It's funny how your life can change in a second... To attend ''The Waterdance'' for the first time it was an unforgettable experience, the way you need to get used to a new way of life it can seem frightening, and to notice that there are other people going by a similar situation it can help you to go on.

Eric Stoltz's performances and mainly of Helen Hunt (oh man!, Helen is the purest and graceful woman in earth...) are wonderful, Wesley Snipes also surprises in one of your last serious ... Read More:

Yes one of my favorite movies of the 80's. Certainly not too rare to be on DVD. Just put everything on DVD! Jeez. This movie should be available on DVD.

This movie is cute for my 8 year old but it's not really one she wants to watch over and over in our van for long trips. It has some sad parts and the story line is too heavy for my 2 year old to stay interested. It's very cute and enjoyable but is more a one time movie in our opinion. I'm still glad to own it.

I bought this video because i am a big fan of joanne woodward and like others have difficulty finding dvd's of her films. Anyway this film did not disapoint she and brian denehy turn in wonderful performances as the two middle-aged american strangers on a trip to the uk. This is a gentle story about two people getting to know one another faults and all and falling in love along the way, a very good film a recommend it.

I've been searching for the music from this movie and have been unable to find a soundtrack or any other music by the artist Shane August.
Any ideas?

VHS : Prophecy (1995)
It's not a horrible movie, but after all the good things I heard about it, like it was one of Christopher Walken best movies, I can only be disappointed. So yeah, Mr Walken is great in this movie, but you only see him for about 20 minutes. The rest is just boring. I'm not the kind of person who needs explosions and special effects to be entertained, but there really is not much going on. The plot isn't deep and it's stretched over an hour and a half.

I wonder how that movie got three or four sequels. I heard the ... Read More:

I was a student of Ayn Rand's philosophy and a patient of Mr. Branden's several decades ago, in the early 70's. Why? Because I was trying in vain to live as Ms. Rand said we should: as heroic figures every day, perfect in our morals, that we should aspire to be as perfect as the impossibly perfect, cold, robotic main characters of her novels, The Fountainhead and Atlas Shugged. The only book of hers I read several times was We The Living as the characters were most like flesh and blood and real.

While I was going to Group at Mr. ... Read More:

VHS : Pulp Fiction (Special Collector's Edition)
This film breaks at least a couple of "rules" that apply to the novel or a movie. First, there is not a single character in it that the viewer can like. They are all human dregs, with no use whatever to society. Second, the plot is not continuous, and the viewer has to reassemble the pieces. These faults should destroy the movie--but somehow they don't.

In fact, this is one of the best movies I've ever seen. It is amazing that the director/writer could break such cardinal rules and produce a masterpiece. Is it the acting? Partly. ... Read More:
