| I was dragged to this movie as a young boy. What young man wants to see a movie with a singing prince and a love story? It didn't take long for me to enjoy the story of male bonding by singing and drinking in the beer garden soon to be followed by a sword fight.

| This film is fondly remembered from my childhood (Egypt was a terrific craze at the time - King Tut exhibit, Elizabeth Taylor's movie, the Mummy) and I still enjoyed it. But ... its very sexist. All Mika Waltari's (the author of the novel the script is derived form) work has a masochistic woman as the terrible, unattainable, irresistible and finally destroyed woman. | Does anybody even have a VCR anymore??? Its obvious MGM thinks so or they would realize everybody is buying DVDs these days! Of course we cant buy a DVD of this movie cause they dont make it....yet! Hurry up guys we have money and we are waiting!!!! |

| I bought 2019: After the Fall of New York thinking it would be a big ball of movie cheese, but was pleasently suprised to find a half decent post-apoc. The movie isn't really a knock off of Mad Max as some would lead you to believe, but it is of Escape from New York, borrowing almost every major plot point. This is a suprisingly well made movie for an italian knock off, and a must see for post apocolyptic fans. |

| A gangster is killed by a rival mobster [Jack Palance]. Years later, His son goes looking for the man that killed his father. This movie was no good. Acting is bad, The action is boring, The fight scenes are very bad, And the story is just too predictable. This italian gangster movie doesn't even deserve to have a talented actor like Jack Palance as its star. This movie isn't worth owning, Even if it is now a bargain title. Hope the review helped.
