| We enjoy this movie a few times Every year for family movie night.
We invite another family, pop some corn and Relax, even with young children watching because this film is Fun, clean and adventurous. The costumes are good and story rivets even die hard weekly theater goers. I wish we could buy the Soundtrack !!! |

Having seen parts of both, I prefer the TV series (although the films are probably more faithful to the books). This is partially because more was permitted in the way of sex and scatology by the time the TV series was made. But I also think the TV show was better cast.
