VHS : The Carol Burnett Show - A Reunion
I have had this video for a while, and love watching it again and again...I just wish that this particular Reunion was available on DVD. I have searched relentlessly, to no avail. Does anyone know who to contact? My home library is almost exclusively DVD, and now with the newer DVD technology, HD and the like, VHS is so dreary, such a retro format. I know it's just a minor gripe, but if anyone knows where to get this on DVD, please post here!!! An Absolutely Wonderful Show!!!

I consider this one of the worst movies ever and am still wondering how to get this wasted time back! Wow, what a boring movie that goes nowhere...
Costner's character is an arrogant jerk and remains that way to the end and still gets the girl. Don't waste your time.

VHS : Battleground (1949)
There were lots of war movies made during and after WWII, and many of them starred Van Johnson. Most of them chose to look at the heroic side of battle or the lives of the people at home supporting the troops. Battleground is different. It examines the 101st Airborne Division during the Battle of the Bulge, a group of men fighting to stay alive and in good humor amid death, destruction, and fear. This is a grim story and much more realistic than the typical MGM film.

The all star cast includes Johnson, John Hodiak, ... Read More:

I wish I would have read the reviews on this video before I purchased it. If your wanting to see the bands perform this is a big disappointment. If you love Sonic Youth you'll probably like it and don't get me wrong there are bits of it that are funny but it's pretty much the lead singer talking and acting stupid through the whole thing. I didn't find that amusing at all, I hate that dude! I just wanted him to shut up and show the bands playing. Then it finally shows Nirvana and through every song the camera jumps around and it flashes ... Read More:

VHS : The Rebels: Part 2 of the Kent Family Chronicles
i love john jakes kent family novels but i have to say the rebels was the least of the books.very little war happens in it and the two main people the novel follows never meet.
well the mini-series takes care of all of that and is a very good rousing adventure story with a great cast and the best sound track of any of the jakes mini-series. andrew stevens once again plays philip kent and is joined by a young don johnson as judson flecher. the action flows nicely in this one and the cast is great. do yourself a favor and check this ...
