| Now and Then is a coming-of-age tale following the lives of four pre-teen girls. This film mostly takes place in the past rather than the present, this film should've been called Then and Now. Christina Ricci and Gaby Hoffman have the best character development and depth. Demi Moore is the only adult character that seems affected by past hurts and trials from her childhood. Melanie Griffith continues to play the bimbo, she is so much smarter than that! Good film but not a home run. |

| I have no idea what the people who wrote all these other previews were watching but this is the worse movie I have ever seen . . . well almost. Napoleoan Dynamite was bad, but at least it had funny moments.
This is bad effects, horrible acting and very unrealistic scenes. Complete tornado devestation while not a drop of rain or moisture on the ruins, police cars or even the ground!!. Four tornado's his a town and not a single drop of rain! lol. We didn't even finish the movie, ... Read More: |

| Ok, I am new to the "Final Destination" horror films, as horror is not my genre. I actually saw the 3rd one first, and became intrigued by the "cheating death or did they" plot. Last weekened, TNT had a showing of all 3 and for a lark I recorded them all (which will nicely fit on a 6 hour DVD).

| This movie had its funny parts it also had stupid parts. it had a good ending so stick with it. i know some of you will start it and say it dumb. but stick with it you'll laugh. |

| Very nice, inspirational story. Wanted to show this to a pack of Cub Scouts, but thankfully I pre-screened it. This would have been an excellent, family-friendly movie if it were not for a slew of curse words about half-way through the film. None before or after, so it's unfortunate that they couldn't have chosen better language.
Otherwise, very nice story, beautiful cinematography, nice message. |

| Or so he thought. I really liked this story of a child being raised with making no choices of his own and what the "damage of rebellion" really caused to him. Then when he was able to make choices, they were bad ones. This is very true to life of children being raised in this kind of environment. I think that the only bad choice that Simon made was to involve himself in the drug scene of the hippies.
