Only Aardman could have come up with a storyline as funny as this one. One of the funniest movies of all time. Not only is the movie very funny but the bonus tracks are hilarious! Well worth the money. Your kids will watch it over and over.

VHS : Hanna's War
I watched this movie soon after it came out on VHS. This is one of only a handful of movies that has had a life long impact on me. I was sobbing at the end of the movie. It believe it is important for all of us to hear the stories of those who have given up everything for freedom. The story of Hanna and all that she endured is very moving and a reminder to be grateful for all that we have.

VHS : Alien 3
I don't know if I've ever seen a sequel that makes so many bad decisions so fast and so early in. Even before the opening titles were over, I had no idea how this film was going to win the viewer back.

Face-huggers get loose in the ship escaping the second rousing film, ALIENS, do their dirty deeds, then die and bleed acid to breach the systems and hulls. The survivors are jettisoned without ever waking up. Newt, the adorable little girl from ALIENS, is killed. Michael Behn's heroic ... Read More:

VHS : Invasion: Earth
Good sci-fi feast for fans of invasion dramas. My only complaint is the lack of closed captioning - not only for those who have hearing issues but also for those who have difficulty with British dialogue. It would have earned 5 stars had they added that one simple feature. The BBC tends to produce quality material with a focus on character development rather than expensive special effects; this is no different. It is worth watching - even owning - if this is the kind of stuff you like to see.

This film is a critical view of the British class system dressed up as a First World War story. The Protestant, named Alexander, is warned by his mother to break off the friendship because it is simply not done. Sweet words and the ability to lie with utter conviction. These are the tools that Martin Taylor (Sting) utilizes in order to bamboozle his way into the lives of total strangers. After initial failure, Martin "accidentally" bumps into Mr. Tom Bates (Denholm Elliott). Bates tries to give him the brush-off, but Martin is far too cunning for such a simple dismissal! Mr. Bates arrives home, where his wife, Norma (Joan Plowright) has been caring for their bed-ridden, brain-damaged daughter (Suzanna Hamilton from 1984). Home ... Read More:
