| This is a fine movie from a veteran couple. The notes on the tumbleweeds, the romote western desert scenery, the stuggles, and the triumphs are classic cowboy poetry put to film. Look for a great old timer in this movie. Of Course, this is a Louis L'Amour story. It is written right and filmed right. |

| I would reconsider ordering a used video again; acturlly, probably never again! The first part was way too bright and light and the second part was too dark in several sections of the movie. If this movie becomes available new I would reorder it. Thank you- Margaret Weaver |

| this is a very good movie. it has love, caring, warmth, it is a movie i have watched at least 10 times. it's about a young woman with a deformed face that thinks,she has a man whom she think loves her,but instead kills her father, she goes to prison for him.she has her revenge for him,and finds her true love once again.i recommend this ever woman, who had loved once and have lost that once true love. |

| I realize that Travolta was at the height of his stardom and Winger was an up-and-coming and talented actress. I also realize that the honky-tonk mechanical bull-riding mentality had its season of popularity.
Even so, it is horrifying to me that a popular cable station describes Bud as a "good old boy" when he hit Sissy twice.
