| "Forbidden Choices" is mainly set in a trailer park. The characters have surnames like Pomerleau and Deveaux. One would assume that it's set in a Louisiana bayou... but no! It's set in Egypt, Maine, and filmed in the evergreen state of Washington. "Forbidden Choices" is a confused drama. It wanders from unintentional comedy to melodrama to the standbys of sex and violence.

| I remember the old reviews of this movie which was once called, "The scariest movie since Silence of the Lambs." That reviewer must not watch many movies...and this must have been the first one they watched since watching Silence of the Lambs. | This WWII movie has Noel Coward written all over it. He acts in it, co-directs it with David Lean, and produced it. This movie goes into a great deal of detail about the life of the destroyer, her majesty's ship Torrin, and the crew on her. There is some action during fights with airplanes and ships, but most of the movie is centered on reflecting back on times aboard ship and on shore with families after the ship is sunk. | Disco 9000 was a mediocre blaxploitation film. It was definitely not Fass Black's best work. Although, there was only one redeeming aspect to the movie, the acting of former LAPD super-cop Richard Warren. His performance was superb. He added great depth to the character of Vice Cop #1, so much that I really felt that I was on the mean streets of Los Angeles. As a former student of Richard Warren, my opinion may be biased, but I think it's safe to say that this is the best movie that came out of the 70s. This is just another testiment ... Read More: |

| Even through i haven't seen the movie i did buy the soundtrack of the movie, i did enjoy the soundtrack my favorite song on the soundtrack is Friends For Live by Rhett Akinks & Mark Wills and Light At The End Of The Tunnel by Lee Ann Womack & Rhett Akins. I have always love Tom Sawyer and since it's in cartoon mode i know it will be good to watch.

| I love this movie so much - I could watch it over and over (espcecially the scene immediately after the airing of "A Call for Help"). The writing is so smart, poignant, and right on the money for anyone who wants an insider's view of trying to make it as an actor in NY, and also a biting commentary on the commercialism of the movie industry. I am not an actor nor have I ever wanted to be, but I totally get it. Anyone who's got any insight into human behavior probably will. Just thinking about this movie makes me laugh! |

| I always thought this was a really funny movie. It's cool how just a delivery man named Max gets mixed up by kids thinking he's a great scout leader and the F.B.I. think he killed someone. I always thought the part on the bridge was cool when Max is cutting the rope and he doesn't know there is a kid still on it! If you love comedy, you'll love BUSHWACKED!!! |

| If you choose to watch Shakespeare on Film/DVD you have to accept that it's going to move at a slower pace, more dialogue than usual will be cut and in this case an additional part not intended by the Bard will present itself. The little boy who appears throughout the play adds another (quite unnecessary) frame to a tale that is already framed. The actors however, are superb, (as they should be since they are the Royal Shakespeare Company) the casting of Bottom and Puck are spot on and the settings which move from actual stage to movie-like creations are ...
