| I ordered this unit only to have it arrive with a huge crack on the housing that forms the handle. Although the nailer likely still functions, I returned it for exchange as even a recondition tool should come intact. Amazon tells me they have no reconditioned units left to exchange it with and offered to refund my money. | The Fein Multimaster sanding/scraping/cutting tool is one of the most flexible tools out there. I got my first one in the 80's, it was heavily used in my boat repairing business and still lasted 20+ years. I now have another one doing my jobs. The company doesn't rest on a good thing, they have kept improving an already outstanding product. We couldn't have easily done many of our jobs without it. |

| I was surprised to find two filters here for a 3rd less than they were charging for one at a local vacuum store - the only place I could even find them. I bought two pair and paid no shipping and they were at my house in less than a week. They were followed by an email with a $ off coupon. We quickly realized that due to its weight and some awkwardness in the assembly process, it much easier to have two men working on it.
