| The first one I received never charged itself, called Black & Decker directly and they supposedly sent me a replacement and I'm still waiting for that one.
So far, I'd have to rate this product as pure garbage. |

| I purchased a small folding trowel and a larger folding shovel. This falls into a size between them. Too small for serious digging but too large for delicate work. Very good quality and a welcome addition to my Amateur Geology equipment. |

| Not at all what I expected. Wanted to power 3 or 4 strings of 50-light Christmas mini lights for a couple hours with this, but didn't even keep them lit for an hour. Huge disappointment; if it can't keep little lights going for a couple hours, how would it possibly jump start a vehicle?????? Can't imagine THAT ever happening. |

| The dryer vent has definitely decreased the draft coming into the laundry room and greatly decreases the opportunity for litle creatures to get in through the dryer vent. It was easily painted to match the house. The downside is the cheap plastic it is constructed with. We had one on out old house that was purchased 5-6 years ago and it was a stronger/higher quality product. The design was the same, it was just a better product, but isn't that the way most things were compared to today's products? Would still recommend this product. |

| After that experience, I replaced the fuses in the auto for the power outlets and tried it again, but now unit was dead.
The only item plugged in was a DELL Laptop Computer. I have not had time to pursue returning it as defective, but need to do so. |
