| I use this headlamp primarily for backup purposes. I travel with one, and I also stick one in the car for emergencies. The lithium coin-type batteries are easy to obtain/replace, and the fact that they are lithium means they have a long shelf-life -- perfect for backup.
I've given out a bunch of these as gifts and the recipients seemed to use the light as a primary headlamp; they were very satisfied with its performance. I think there are better headlamps for off-trail use but in a pinch ... Read More: |

| I bought this to go along with my electric lawn mower. I bought 12-gauge to make sure it delivered strong, steady power, but I'm second guessing the need given how heavy it is. This gauge in 100-foot length is weighty and takes some room. I was finally able to put it on a cord reel and it barely fit one designed for 125 feet of 14-gauge.

| We purchased these this year for over our fireplace...we combined it with some pine-type garland and it looked fantastic! This garland looks so realistic. It's great that the garland is battery operated...no wires to try to hide. I only wish I had ordered the white poinsettia also while it was available...I'll just have to try for it this Christmas. Really great product, great value and shipped quickly. |

| After a few weeks of use, it got jammed. There is no way to open to spool without breaking it, so I pulled the wire. Then it popped open and the springs popped out. I have since used it as a regular power cable. I wouldn't recommend this product at all unless it is the most inexpensive notebook power cable since the cable itself is durable and has adequate length (not too short, not too long). |

| I bought a 2-pack of Sylvania Candelabra base CF at Lowes. One bulb was bad. I took them back and bought two 2-packs. From these 4 bulbs, one of them was bad. I then bought a 3-pack of Standard base Sylvania CF bulbs at Home Depot. One of these three bulbs was bad.
I was reluctant to purchase the no-name brands but it is apparent that the Sylvania brand is a piece of crap. Another gotch is that if you buy a multi-pak and one is bad you have to return all the bulbs. If you buy them in single ... Read More: |

| All-in-all, a serviceable product, made of high-quality materials, well designed, and for a reasonable price. I do wish they made one like this for outdoor use as well, but that doesn't stand in the way of recommending it to potential purchasers! It does just what it says it will do.

| I bought this hoping to use it with my archos 630 video player. Sadly it doesn't even add more than 30 mins of playback time. Its made for less demanding electronics like phones, pda's etc... I wouldn't use this for portable dvd players or video players. Its rated draw power is about 350 mah. |

| This night lite is great, perfect even. Some people have complained about it not being bright enough. Well, for me it's perfect, I didn't want one that was too bright. When it's dark, this little guy gives off a nice glow that allows me to see fine, and it's a beautiful clean illumination. |

| Took the lamp out of the box and had to insert the halogen bulb (was not in place as shipped). Placed the lamp on the desk and the counter lever gear broke off of the stand. No stress applied but the gear was stripped and the bar holding it in place was broken. There was no apparent damage to the box. Frankly, for the price of return shipping it's not worth paying for an exchange. You can definitely do better .... AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!!! |
