| Although this fan is designed as room to room fan, I found it was easy to use as kitchen convection fan. I have small kitchen with a ventilation vent in the ceiling and didn't want to spend thousands on a range hood. The fan comes with a metal sleeve which I connected to the ventilation pipe going to the roof. it involved some cutting in the ceiling and plastering but fromt there it was easy to insert the fan and it draws all the stove fumes up nicely. | Of couse the quality is great, built like a tank and I'd like to point out to those who may have not thought of it... it has no lights! Great if you want to use it in any room where you might be SLEEPING!
