I have my climate control set to adjust the temperature for when I know my wife and I are going to be home or not, and when we'll be sleeping. No more wasted energy, or coming home to a freezing house, etc. This is a fairly basic model. You can adjust the schedule for 5-1-1 days. A more advanced model can adjust for 7 days individually, and costs slightly more. I recommend you change the batteries once a year. When they die, they ... Read More: |

| This thing rocks! My girlfriend and I bought one for her crappy apt last year because I was freezing, and it heats up fast, does not smell like anything is burning, and can turn itself off with the convenient temp setting! This year, we have our own crappy apt, and it's still goin' strong! I love this thing! And it's kitten-proof! And no hike in our electric bill!

| I used to have a similar unit before, and that one worked perfect. This unit has many negative aspects. Some of the other reviews talk about the bad range, but I believe it's the bad quality of the transmitter. The unit will work or not work from wherever, there's no system in that, but if you keep the remote in the same location and hit the same buttom a few times, it will work... | Tired of overzealous space heaters putting out too much heat even on low, I was excited to find this produce. It advertises radiant heating, which will heat the objects around them, but will not burn when touched.
What a lie. My feet are currently less than four centimeters away from this product, and are still ice cold. If I move them onto the product, they get burned.
