| I defy most anyone to tell the difference, if indeed there are any significant differences -- I can't find them -- between Little Giant brand ladders and Werner. Where you will find the difference is at the check out cash register. Werner is half the price. Oops sorry: I meant less than half the price. This is a great ladder, with its versatility, flexibility, and robust strength. Well designed. Stores in a small space too.

| I recently compared a similarly configured Gorilla Ladder against the Werner. They sold at substantially the same price ($209). The ladders were equivalent in most respects. I would give the edge to the Werner in engineering and manufacturing fit. The Werner seemed to have tighter tolerances. However, I ended up purchasing the Gorilla over the Werner. | I bought this granite cleaner because my husband didn't like the aerosol cans of the RockDoctor brand I was using before. Stone Tech cleans, polishes, dissolves stuck on messes and leaves my granite countertops looking as great as RockDoctor did. It is a bit more watery than RockDoctor which I'm not fond of, but it costs a lot less, so they cancel each other out. I'll get used to the watery aspect. | I was looking to buy a vise for my workbench but when I saw this tool I thought it would be a little bit more versatile than a regular vise. Was I wrong, it is a lot more versatile than a regular vise! Since buying the standard bench I have bought the two extra jaws and the tool tray. | It does fine. Just used it once to pull a tailgate back straight, attached to a telephone pole and it was about to pull the truck front wheels off the ground. It is what it says it is. A power puller.
It would have been nice to have had some instructions, though. |

| I bought this auger and use it in heavy clay. I won't call it 'soil' because in Portland, Oregon, it's just clay. ;-)
The one issue is the auger has no bevels for the drill to sit on, so it's just a round shaft, which tends to slip unless you can really tighten the drill onto the shaft. My electric drill (cordless drills don't work for this in heavy clay) has only a hand tightenable chuck; no chuck key, so it's difficult to tighten enough in the hard, heavy stuff I'm trying to drill through.
