| I was looking for noise canceling earmuffs to quiet the constant din of the television so I could read in the same room as my family. I feel like they've given me my sanity back! They are comfortable and really do the trick. At first they felt a bit tight on my ears but after a couple wearings they are great. | These earplugs are the type that you roll to compress, and then let expand in your ears. They are tapered and fit better than the cylindrical yellow kind. They do a great job of blocking out noise, and seal well when they expand. You can pinch them to relieve the pressure when removing them, but pull them out slowly anyway since that does not always work.
The description says 200 earplugs, but it's 200 pairs. At 50 cents a pair in local stores, they are a good deal, provided you save them ... Read More: |

| Peltor calls these things 'WorkTunes' but they can't stand up to the stress of a construction site. While I like them for the first week while they still work, they never make more than a few months (I have a garage full of broken ones, you would think I would learn my lesson.) Never sand or router without a respirator! PVC dust, and bamboo dust are about as bad as asbestos.
