| This set comes with lots of equipment including a well-detailed book, wide choice of video workouts (although they are boring, the exercises are quite effective,) and a terrific set of supplementary equipment. However, 3-in-one ball only comes in one size --26"-- which is way too small, and I am only 5'6". The video instructors use larger balls that fit them.
I am quite disappointed and will have to return it to the store. |

| I was searching for a Pilates roller all over the internet; some were just a bit too expensive. I found this one and I thought the price was decent. My personal trainer informed me that I purchased a good roller. I needed a roller that would retain its shape over time - not like the beat up, out of shape rollers at my gym! |

| I bought this product from Bed Bath and Beyond a couple of years ago. I love how they are the only resistance bands I've been able to find that has hand and feet holes. Most do not, so I don't know how you can use them for ab, arms, and leg workouts, as you can with these. The person that gave it one star apparently never gave it a chance. | I like this ball but it's not as big as I thought it would be. I believe this ball was measured deflated and is 22cm deflated, not inflated. I'm 5'3" and this ball is too small for me to use properly. I had previously purchased a stability ball from Fitness Quest. Same measurements but a bigger ball. My younger son works out with me and has no problem with this ball. My best advice is, if in doubt, see if you can contact someone before purchasing and ask if the ball was measure inflated or deflated. ... Read More: |

| This is a great step barrel for the price. It's sturdy and comfortably padded. You can pay several times more for one from any of the major pilates apparatus manufacturers. The video (of course it should be a dvd) is quite good with instruction by Romana and some very well-known pilates instructors as the students.
Barrel exercises are challenging for the pilates neophyte and the pro. |
