| I like this ball but it's not as big as I thought it would be. I believe this ball was measured deflated and is 22cm deflated, not inflated. I'm 5'3" and this ball is too small for me to use properly. I had previously purchased a stability ball from Fitness Quest. Same measurements but a bigger ball. My younger son works out with me and has no problem with this ball. My best advice is, if in doubt, see if you can contact someone before purchasing and ask if the ball was measure inflated or deflated. ... Read More: |

| I found that this product was wonderful! I had been sick for a while and getting back into excercising was hard. My motivation wasn't there and everthing out there wanted to you to jump buildings it seemed to get you back into shape. I found this was totally opposite. I received a nice workout, stayed motivated and was pouring in sweat by the time I got to the mat work. Especially on level 2. I bought the whole series (Abs and Buns, thighs and arms) those two dvds are also phenomenal! Buy all four ... Read More: |

| This set comes with lots of equipment including a well-detailed book, wide choice of video workouts (although they are boring, the exercises are quite effective,) and a terrific set of supplementary equipment. However, 3-in-one ball only comes in one size --26"-- which is way too small, and I am only 5'6". The video instructors use larger balls that fit them.
I am quite disappointed and will have to return it to the store. |

| I think this video is great. She goes slow enought that you can follow her and keep up. I just tried another video and the girl went through the exercises so fast I could barely keep up and didnt get a good workout. I am a beginner so maybe thats why. |
