| I ordered this DVD twice and it didn't work. I finally ordered one directly from Stamina, and guess what....that one did not work either! Don't waste your time or money. For $29.00, I expect a top quality DVD, not one that cannot even be played! |

| If you are like me, you want to obtain maximum results in a relatively short time. Ana Caban's BodyBand workout does just that for me. I have been practicing Pilates for 12 years, initially in a class setting, followed by Videos and DVDs. This workout is always challenging to me. This may be due to the fact that I can increase the intensity by increasing (or decreasing - for abdomen work) the tension in the bodyband.

| I am most happy with this product. These body bands are the length necessary for some really good resistance workouts. I use them at least every other day,and am very pleased with my results. The product is also more durable than any other I have ever used. |

| Our son had some trouble learning to catch with traditional, inflatable balls. Some times the surface would be too slick or the ball itself would just be too big. We were introduced to this ball in our weekly class at the Little Gym. The surface has a texture which makes it easy to grip and you can easily deflate the ball a little. These two factors make the ball much easier to catch. It's a great confidence builder for little hands. |

| This Pilates ring is grerat for my workouts. After trying rings with the typical pad, I found them the pads to generally be too hard and even if the ring had a pad on the inside as well as the outside, they would cut into my body when either pushing in or pulling away. This ring gives me the resistance I want while the pads never cut. Its 5 stars by me. |

I have used the mat for 30-days, and can say I am very pleased with the quality construction and performance of the mat for both types of activities. The closed-cell anti-microbial Durafoam feature is worth the money. The removeble strap is included, making this a good value.
