| My husband and I started the P90x work out and needed to get this in a hurry. It fits into a standard door way perfectly and is very stable. Different hand placements allow for diversified workouts. My only gripe is you can't go very wide (just b/c of the way it sits in the door). But, has not disappointed us since we've started using it. |

| I just purchased the Bosu home version and carefully followed instructions and started the workout. After about an hour, the inflated half ball came out of the plastic rim, and as another reviewer stated there is no way this is going to go back in securely - even if the ball was deflated and the rim was taken apart. There is a horrible smelly chemical residue on the rim and it seems that it wasn't glued correctly or perhaps the inflatable plastic part isn't made correctly. It looks uneven and lopsided around ... | I didn't have high hopes for this dirt cheap exercise machine and it didn't even manage to live up to those. Basically this machine is useless unless you find a way to anchor it to the floor and/or are too small to actually move it. My intention was to use it at the office under my desk but I couldn't make it stay put no matter what I tried. | I am 47 years old and I just love Latin dance. When I first got the videos it was not love at first sight. There is a huge dancing stomach in the middle of the screen and my kids (6 and 8yrs) screamed with laughter. It was embarrassing and more than a little distracting. | I am a underweight 29 year old male, and I wanted a hand grip stress reliever when I work at the computer. The "Heavy Tension" should be labeled light tension. The design is good, but the springs need higher spring constants. I am considering getting a higher tension hand grip. |

| I am furious about this product. I purchased 3 and am now stuck with them. My husband accidently knocked it off a table and it shattered like glass. This was the very first time he used it! Durable, I don't think so!! The whole reason to buy Nalgene is for it's durability, this new material just does not hold up. |

| I wanted a set of adjustable weights for physical therapy and strength training for my back, core, and legs. I am a lean female, and I knew that 10lb weight each on my legs were going to be over the top, but I figured it still would come in handy for leg lifts and what not, and for just walking around I can decrease the weights to just 2~6 lbs each leg.
