| This is not the best mat, but it does the job.
I have no idea why the other mats are expensive! It's just rubber!!! Anyway, this one is good for Abs and BodyPump training because of the thickness, but for Yoga you might want to consider a thinner mat. |

| It took about three weeks for me to start seeing results. I take four instead of the six recommended because I am small framed but it does the job. Drink plenty of water though |

| I had a similar watch for about 6 years that I absolutely loved; the soft plastic band finally broke, so I treated myself to a new one. I was glad to see the same type of watch was still available from Timex at a moderate price; the design is even nicer, since it has a sleeker, more feminine design. The alarm has been terrific especially when I travel. The digital face has big numbers that are very easy to read -- even at night, with the Indiglo feature. | I read the previous reviews and many complained of a strong, new "chemical" smell. Although it did have a strong smell when I opened it and used it the first time, by the next day the smell had disappeared. Not sure if it's worth the exra few dollars compared to the other similar yet cheaper yoga mat on Amazon. |
