| The ball works like I expected, but slowly leaks air. You need to keep a tab on it else it'll gradually shrink and become squishier.
The video was very short and didn't really provide as full of a workout as I would've liked. I'll be venturing with other brands to see if I can find better quality once this one gives out. |

| I recently bought a set of Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbells; used. I recently cancelled my gym membership and needed a cheaper alternative to stay in shape. I decided to invest in my own gym equipment; free weights, bench, pull up bar, etc. I looked into adjustable dumbbells (power blocks, selecttech, etc.) but decided to go with the SelectTech 1090s. So far, I have not been disappointed.

| I wanted another bite valve and straw because I have two diffrent size bottles. I love having extra of these on hand, I cut one straw to fit my smaller bottle and I kept the other as a spare. Having an additional bite top is great too. Since they should be replaced every so often (and they're small and easy to lose), it's good to have an extra on hand. I would definatly reccomend this to anyone with a Camelbak Better Bite bottle. |
