| The Bowflex 7 Series treadmill is an excellent product. It is well constructed and offers many exercise programs and options. The only problem that I have experienced with the treadmill was the fan that blows air on the user while exercising was damaged in shipment and does not work. The warranty should cover the repair. I am very well pleased with the Bowflex 7 and would recommend it to anyone desiring a high quality treadmill. |

| This is the best-tasting, most effective energy gel that I have found to date. The Tri-Berry actually tastes really great, and the caffeine is great to keep you going. I have found that if I take 1/2 packet at a time it is just enough to give me a burst of energy but not let me crash. I use them for 10 miles or more, generally about every 5 miles thereafter. |

| I usually run 4-5 days a week, and take a spinning class 2-3 days a week. I used to wear Champion cotton boxer briefs while working out. But cotton boxer briefs have two drawbacks: 1) they don't compress your muscles, which is actually helpful in preventing pulls and strains; and 2) they get wet with sweat, and can lead to chafing and irritation.

| I really enjoy using the thigh master. It is a excellent product to use when you are beginning an exercise program again. I am a person who has arthritic pain on occaion which causes my workouts to change but this product I can use daily. Just remember to warm up before you use the product. |

| This ball works great.
The only advice I have is that it took me three days to inflate up the ball (with the manual pump that they provided). It's easier to inflate the ball if there's 2 people to coordinate putting the plug in before air leaks out. |

I decided on black to go more with whatever I was wearing than the color of my mat, which is hidden inside the bag anyway. | I bought six of these as Christmas gifts and will give to different people than intended. The medium size is bigger than a normal size large so order at least one size smaller. I also ordered sizes large, extra large, and 2X large. The extra large is huge and will easily fit a large person. Shipping was prompt and quality is excellent for the price. |
