| I bought a pair of these in 1992 for training purposes. They worked great until last year when one broke. No big deal since they lasted as long as they did under extensive use, ~15 years! I am 6'2" 220lbs. and these babies survived a lot of punishment for a while.

| Got three of these for working out at the gym. I'm fairly well satisfied.
Pros: Excellent quality construction and very heavy fabric. These should last a long time. Cons: These shirts have the tightest neck I've ever experienced in a t-shirt. They are the only t-shirts in my collection that I have to take my glasses off to put on. | This is an awesome piece of equipment for stomach crunches. If you are new to doing wheels and don't exercise as much as I have start off doing a few and work your way up; otherwise, prepare for pain!

| Figuring out how to get around all the modes is a bit tricky but once you do it enough it comes naturally. use the manual for this like i did. as for the accuracy the jury is still out and i need to work with it alot more. this is my first pedometer watch and while i like the functions, i DON'T like how it is counting steps while i am sitting in a chair for short spurts at work with just a little movement of my arm, THAT is annoying. | I recently bought a set of Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbells; used. I recently cancelled my gym membership and needed a cheaper alternative to stay in shape. I decided to invest in my own gym equipment; free weights, bench, pull up bar, etc. I looked into adjustable dumbbells (power blocks, selecttech, etc.) but decided to go with the SelectTech 1090s. So far, I have not been disappointed.

| I am a underweight 29 year old male, and I wanted a hand grip stress reliever when I work at the computer. The "Heavy Tension" should be labeled light tension. The design is good, but the springs need higher spring constants. I am considering getting a higher tension hand grip. |
