| I read online about the shoddy contruction of the Perfect Pullup but that was after I ordered it. It came today. It was well packed, not just thrown in a box like some people claim. The quality of the device is real good. They've upgraded the brackets and screws to 8 total. It seems they've upgraded the handles. They seem to be a lot sturdier than other people described. I love doing the Australian pull-ups and the chest rows. I recommend this product to any one. |

| This DVD is okay---however, the coordination required is a little above my level. From reading the description, I thought I could do it--so I am a little disappointed. Probably, I just am a "Dancing With the Stars" wannabe! |

| I love this watch. I was looking at $300-400 Citizen and Seiko watches when I remembered the movie "Stranger Than Fiction". The only down side is the watch is a little heavy and the analog hands are not meshed with the digital time. You have to set them separately. |

| I wanted a set of adjustable weights for physical therapy and strength training for my back, core, and legs. I am a lean female, and I knew that 10lb weight each on my legs were going to be over the top, but I figured it still would come in handy for leg lifts and what not, and for just walking around I can decrease the weights to just 2~6 lbs each leg.

| I bought this for my 7th grader to take to school everyday to replace his plastic water bottle- trying to help the environment. I highly recommend it. We tried swithching from brand name water bottles to reusable plastic water bottles but they always had an "off" smell. This stainless steel bottle doesn't have any smell at all. My son loves it. Great product and highly recommend buying the tote, it keeps the bottle colder longer and its easier to carry around. Thank you. |

| Pros: Does exactly what it says, monitors heart rate, set your own zone and monitors time in that zone, estimates calaries based on your weight, total time excercising (or from when you start monitoring your heart rate until you turn off the monitoring). Strap is easy to adjust and easy to put on. User replaceable batteries. Bought 2 batteries at Walgreens for about $6.

| I bought this kit thinking it was a good deal, but that turned out to not be the case. The mat after just a few weeks of use is no longer sticky and it came with a few nicks in it. I fixed the nicks with tape and I thought oh that's not so bad, but then I slid down the mat doing downward dog and hurt my shoulder, ouch! I would say buy everything separate and save yourself the pain. The blocks and the strap are good just not the mat. My old mat I had for 10 years before it finally lost it's stickiness. It cost me $20. What a deal. |
