| Installed on a 2007 Audi A4 sedan. Install went smoothly. Rack really looks great, much smoother than most. I also recommend the fairing.
Couple of tips for the DIYers: 1. You don't need to twist the foot handle until you break it when installing. If you bend the metal, you are doing something seriously wrong. 2. | Although the description says it fits most spoilers, this rack did not fit over the spoilers on an '02 Mustang or '05 RX8. I would guess that if you have a somewhat larger spoiler such as those on sports cars, this rack won't fit. I can say that the Saris Sentinel rack I ended up buying fits both cars. Aside from the fit issue, the rack seemed sturdy enough and easy to install, but again I never got to try it out myself. |

| None of our kids' bikes would fit on the swagman bike rack we got as a gift so we had to get one of these. The problem is that the bar is too long to fit the way they tell you to attach it. In fact it barely would have worked on our adult bikes, if we had needed to use the adapter. My husband had to figure out a different way to put it on. It's not a simple way but it at least allows us to take the kids' bikes. |
