| Simple lock. Easy to use. Though, does not appear to stand up to much. I lost one on the flights from TN to Bangkok. I don't know if that was because it was opened and not replaced or if it was broke off. Only lost 1 of 3. I am guessing it was not replaced. |

| The only thing I got out of this product is the tiny little bottle of lubricant. The applicator is absolutely worthless for my treadmill. It is not long enough and it is difficult to use without wasting the lubricant and getting it everywhere on the side. Just buy a bottle of silicon spray instead. |

| I found this dvd to be competitive as well as fun. I also have Cathe's Kickmax dvd and I have yet been able to get through that one in it's entirety. I have been using the Kick, Punch & Crunch as a workout to build up my endurance for the Kickmax but have been getting toned and losing weight with this one. The combinations are simple to follow as Cathe repeats steps for memorization. The Legs & Glutes workout is very challenging. I recommend this dvd to all fitness levels as you can modify ... | For those that said this was to easy remember what Cathe says, "You get out of it what you put into it!" I sweat buckets with this and totally get my heart rate over the top. Whenever I know I need to shape up fast I turn to this and Drill Max. If you watch you caloric consumption and add this DVD you'll be amazed by the fast results! It gives a great cardio as well as total body muscle toning in a little over an hour. If you don't have that long, there are the premixes to consider. |

| This is the only workout that has ever made me feel instantaneously stronger and leaner after a single use. It is challenging and continues to be with regular use. It really is the greatest resource for a great core workout. Cathe truly pushes and is encouraging the entire time. Absolutely worth it. |

| I love this workout DVD. The best part about it is Cathe. She is so likeable and natural, not at all cheezy like many other workout instructors. I find the step and body fusion workout to be really challenging and am yet to be able to complete the whole thing. I love her step combinations and interchanging with some weights/toning keeps it from getting boring. There are quite a few squats so I really feel it the next day. | I got this DVD after about 4 years of not working out much at all. I used to do Cathe's workouts off of FitTV, but after I went to college that wasn't really an option for me. I wanted to get started back up again, and I knew Cathe's workouts were what I wanted to do (she's the best!), but I knew I wasn't ready for Imax 2 or anything like that! This is perfect for where I'm at physically. It's definitely a good workout, but it didn't make me feel completely exhausted or dizzy (which would be bad!) I'd say it's probably ... Read More: |
