| The vendor sent my order immediately and I especially liked the fact that there was no shipping charge, since I only wanted one item, the cost of which was less than what others would have charged for shipping. So even though the price was slightly higher than that charged by others, I ended up saving more than half what I would have spent. Oh, and the product was exactly what I wanted and works fine. |

| The tubing itself is great quality and seems to be capable of lengthy repeated use. However, even though silver is rated as super heavy I find that it does not offer enough resistance and wish that Theraband would manufacture a gold tubing to match the gold band that they already offer. |

| The bands are just fine, but what I was really pleased with was the customer service. The first set of bands was sent by US Mail and they never arrived. After I contacted Amazon, they put me in contact with the vendor and they express mailed another set. And, they e-mailed me to make sure it arrived. |

| I was dissatisfied with these exercise bands for three main reasons.
1. they are weak, even the "heavy" bands it takes a lot of tension to make even the heavy bands do anything worthwhile for me. I am a mid weight six foot male, so this may not be anything universal, but... 2. these bands snap very easily and unsafely these bands wear out and snap! after about two months, if you use them often, they start to tatter and fray, no matter what you do, and will eventually ... | I was hoping to do a little resistance training where ever I might be, and that the bands might help me with stretching as well. This is what they are, but I didn't like them. I think that these are very good if you are either a beginner to resistance training or if you are in need of rehabilitation or therapy. I prefer the looped bands though, the bands that are a complete circle that you put your arms or legs in and pull away from each other.
