| I had seen various articles here and there about the kettlebell, but was trying to find something that would be easy enough for someone who had never used a KB, but difficult enough at the same time for someone who works out regularly, This video is it. I came across it when doing a search and decided to purchase this item based on the reviews that were already posted. I was not disappointed.

| As much as I like doing The Firm (I bought this set to progress with my fitness regimen), these DVDs were outright frustrating! Do they work? Of course...once you get the routines right, which I have yet to do!
My main complaint is that every workout seems to be a dance routine. That's all well and good if you were born with a natural sense of rhythm and love to dance, but I'm one of the rare, unlucky few that wasn't born with such talent. | I recently bought the sculpting stick it works great. It,s only 9 lbs so it's easy to handle. I use the dvd that came with the stick but' I also use it with some other firm dvds I own. It also works great as a barbell.I highly recommend the sculpting stick pro it's a wonderful workout tool. |

| This is a useful product for entry-level yoga. I had never taken a yoga class before using this video, yet it was easy to follow and simple enough for me to perform all the movements while still being challenging. The instructor gives ways of making each move easier or more difficult, depending on your ability level, and explains the advantages and uses of each pose. |

| I found this routine too fast to follow. There is not enough time to set up the tube for the various changes of exercises and I was constantly having to stop the video and restart it. Excellent instructor, but I would have liked it if the pace were slowed down and less intense so I could concentrate on the toning exercises. Disappointing because I think the tube is great! |

| This was my first time working out with a stability ball and I love it! It has a little bit of texture which makes it easier to stay on and the dvd with Allie is great and easy to follow. I found muscles I had forgotten about. :) |
