| I use the 6, 1.5 pound per hand, for my Turbo Jam workouts and they are perfect! I love the grip on them & I love the way they fit!
I just wanted to say, too, that it IS okay to wash them in the washing machine & they WILL need it :) Mine were becoming pretty stout from using them every day & sweating so I washed them, afraid they might mess up, but they were fantastic and fresh! I recommend these gloves! |

| Wow! I love this series. I have both DVD's beginner and advanced. If you are an at home excersizer and kickboxing is your thing this is a MUST for you. Boxing done right. Michael goes through EVERYTHING you need to know from hand wrapping, stance, and form. He shows you how to be the trainer and the trainee. It was like the light went off in my head. | Bought these for my great nephew (5 years old) - he loves wearing them when he's playing on his WII (or however that word is spelled).
I'm sure they outlast his wanting to "play" boxing. |

| Ok, I wanted to get in shape. But didn't want to run treadmill on my off days because it bores me to death. I was doing reviews on line and it said you could get a total body workout with just a jump rope & a heavy bag. So I thought, hey what the heck. I did some reviews and ended up buying a 100 lb heavy bag some gloves and a jump rope and was ready to rock.
