| The Sole E35 purchase was based on reviews from two external reputable sites that specialize in testing elliptical and treadmill equipments. I was looking at the Schwinn series which was almost a third cheaper than the Sole brand but the reviews given to the Schwinn were expected for a cheaper make. | I had done a lot of research on the Net before purchasing my sports equipment. Sole appeared to beat most other brands when it came down to quality and price.
This is my second Sole purchase (first one was their E95 Elliptical)and I am yet to be disapointed! Love the quality of these machines, and more importantly - the results I get within a short period of time. | I love this machine. It has a great warranty and my family uses it daily. We were so lucky to order in time to get the new 2009 model. The addition of an accessory rack and changes in the console make it well worth the buy. |

| I was going to get the F80, but the F83 was on sale for only slightly more so I went ahead and bought one. It arrived quickly in a very large and very heavy box. The box had a hole in it where a forklift had obviously gone into it, and one corner of the treadmill was bent, but I was able to fix it with a hammer and pair of vice grips. Since that corner is covered by a plastic shroud, no big deal.
One complaint I have is that part of one of the led numbers is out, which makes it hard to read the speed setting. ... Read More: |

| $2000 piece of junk. It jumps off track causing metal shavings to fly all over the room, I had to put cardboard under part of the track. If I did not have to distroy the packaging to get it out of the packaging I would return it. Cannot return without original packaging.

| I have been researching home ellipticals for a while now. I was spoiled with the LifeFitness machines (20 inch stride) at the gym and I know many home ellipticals fall short - they feel shaky, flimsy, the stride is short... I had read great things about Sole machines and went to a local store to try them out.
They had the e95, e35, and e25 in new 2009 models as well as an old (2008) e55 being sold as a floor model. I had originally thought I wanted the e55 but the new e35 is actually better than the old e55 ... Read More: |

| It is solid, very quiet, efficient, and a pleasure to use. The controls are sensible. The heart rate monitor works very well. I find the machine as good or better than the expensive Precor machines that I have used at various commercial gyms, at a third of the price. |
