| I ordered this for my daughter in 9th grade, as her books no longer fit into the large Lands End she used for middle school. Cubic inches were quite a bit more, and all her books fit perfectly. It also contained a spilled soda to just the one compartment for easy cleanup...waterproof? (nothing else was in the compartment, either). Loved the color selection, as she picked one that was unique and didn't have to go with a basic solid.

| This is a good, simple pack, but fairly small and with no external pocket. Otherwise is very well constructed, with an effective insulated reflective liner that keeps cold items cold (and likely hot items hot but this aspect has not been tested). It is stylish, but the blue vertical pin stripes of the brown pack were a little brighter and "flamboyant" than one can tell by the picture, and a male child or adolescent might get some ribbing from peers if taking a pack in this color to school. |

| Finally, after an exhaustive search, I have found the perfect work bag. This is lightweight yet sturdy and the strap is a comfortable length for over the shoulder. The interior's funky lining makes it easy to find small items. In it I could fit file folders, a book, a large water bottle, cords and other electronics and my jacket.
I'll be back for some in other colors! |

| We were really happy with this bag until the release button jammed on the handle just four weeks after we got it. The good news is that JanSport is honoring the warranty. The bad news is that the cost of shipping to their service center, which they refuse to cover, is quite high.

| This is a great backpack. The only problem is that I wanted the exact packpack in the picture. The backpack I received doesn't exactly match. the blue is lighter and a different shade in real life. Also the straps aren't blue like the picture - they're gray. Overall, good backpack. |

| I had a hard time finding a back pack with wheels this fall. My daughter is petite for her age and also has scolosis so carrying a heavy back pack is not an option. This item is great for older kids who have lots of books and either have a back problem or physical disability and can't carry a backpack. Jansport is a great brand also. |

| I have had this backpack for some years and it is utstanding. I lost the first one and bought a new as soon as it was reintroduced on the market. The leather bottom makes all the differense for me. I'm disabled and use a wheelchair and have my sack with me all the time. The leather make it stay in my lapp and dont slip away. The warrenty is excellent and I had only changed the zippers two times without any cost. The new model has a bigger and more functional pocket and that is something I think add in quallity. Thank ...
