| I bought this product based on the recommendation of the reviews posted on Amazon. My product arrived today. I am very pleased. Although this is the less expensive unit it is all that I want and more. I do not see why I would want to spend more money when this product is more than adequate.

| The mat is excellent for the Schwinn Airdyne Exercise Bike. The mat is a full 48 inches and 36 inches and the Schwinn Airdyne fits on the mat perfectly with room to spare! The mat is very stuff and does not tear. And has non-skid surface which is great. Very highly rated. You will not be disappointed with your purchase. Daily user and all thumbs up here.

| I bought many of these mats. The foam is actually made of scraps of sponge and rubber bits glued together. This can be good if you encourage recycling of foam scraps; however, a solid foam would have been my preference.
The foam doesn't flatten down very much, so you have good support. The vinyl isn't very slippery; it's durable and zippered around all three sections. If you don't have the space or money for clunky exercise machines, the portable mats are a great bargain. ... Read More: |

| I have been having a lot of trouble with various dumbbell curls ever since I got my weight up a bit. I found myself recruiting my shoulders way too much in the movement; if my shoulders were tired, my curl weight would go down. My progress on dumbbell curls had stalled, even though I was continuing to lift more and more on the preacher bench. I looked into these types of devices based on what I've read from Arnold, he is a big beleiver in these, and he has great arms, so I made the purchase.
