| It is a pain for just one bike. I can take the front wheel off my road bike and put the bike in the trunk. That takes less time than setting up the rack and securing the bike. It is great for 2 to 3 bikes though. |

| This was my first experience with a bike rack and it was so easy to install and it definitely holds 4 bikes. I recommend this bike rack. It is a great product and is reasonably priced! |

| I used this bike rack to carry my road and mountain bike from Kansas City to Corvallis Oregon. Everything went great, of course I had also used bungees to strap the bikes tight for less up and down motion. But I think those only cost around $4.00. I would highly recommend this item to anyone the need to carry their bike around town or cross country. | I am a commuting student in college. I drive about 30 miles everyday, mostly on the highway. This rack hold up great and worked perfectly in rain, strong winds, high speeds on the highway, and excessively sharp turns. I have been using this rack for about 3 months now, and no problems have come up. I tighten the straps about 2 times a week; it turns out they only loosen about 3/4 a centimeter when I check them. I can still open my trunk with the rike on (and bike off).

My only problem is that my motorhome has a hidden hitch and I not only had to buy an extended hitch bar for my receiver but I had to have the bike rack cut about 4 inches above the hitch and extended out away from the motorhome for clearance. The hitch works fine for me and for most applications a longer hitch bar would be all that is necessary for it to work as it should.
