| I purchased my Go-Ped Know-Ped kick scooter in September 2008. As a grown adult, this scooter has been wonderful. The strong construction, light weight, wide deck, and front and rear brakes make commuting across campus a breeze. It really felt good to pass a jogger on my way back to the office. Bonus, the scooter is compact enough to stash in the corner when not in use.

| I purchased my Go-Ped Know-Ped kick scooter in September 2008. As a grown adult, this scooter has been wonderful. | I'm very happy with this scooter. The wheels are larger and the foot board has a higher ground clearance so it is safer than cheaper scooters. Your child is less likely to go flying if he or she hits a bump in the sidewalk. It has a hand break as well as a foot break, which is a nice option if a child gets flustered and has trouble working the foot break. Although my 4 foot tall 6 yo is large enough to use it, I think it will be even better in a couple years. The handle is not height adjustable but ... Read More: |

| Bought this praised scooter not so long ago, I have mixed feelings towards this scooter.
It has the best ride of all scooters available, strong motor, good for almost anything, a good battery set gets you to a decent milege and a stron chasis to compliment all the rest. you're getting 5 stars from me on this category. | Pros, no pain at the gas pump..., makes getting around locally super fluid (no having to park a car)
Cons, a bit loud (chain noise) lack of storage/cargo/groceries options (that attach to scooter), chain auto tensioner isn't functioning properly, back-rear brake would be a good idea (to include in a stock scooter) throttle gets stuck sometimes (hazard) (due to encroaching rubber grip) I suppose the tensioner and grip will be addressed when I have it serviced..
