| I was recommended by a physical therapist to use this chair to obtain relief from neck issues. It is very comfortable providing adequate back support but with greatly diminished stress to the lower back resulting in relief to my neck area. The only thing I miss from a traditional office chair is the arms to rest my elbows on; however, I am practicing new ergonomic techniques and find that I would not use them anyway. Great product, highly recommend!

| This is a lovely mat, and relatively comfortable to lay on. It does stink when you first take it out, and might give you a headache if you try to use it before you work out on it (it did me). I just let it hang over my side fence for a day and the smell had gone away significantly. It has dissappeared altogether now that I've had it for a few weeks.
This might be a good yoga mat, but it doesn't like my high impact exercises. I'm trying to find a good (pretty) exercise mat, but haven't had ... Read More: |

| The ball works like I expected, but slowly leaks air. You need to keep a tab on it else it'll gradually shrink and become squishier.
The video was very short and didn't really provide as full of a workout as I would've liked. I'll be venturing with other brands to see if I can find better quality once this one gives out. |

| I researched a lot of mats and this is the one that seemed to be the thickest, something that's really important for the knees. This product totally delivered on "thick"! I love this mat! |

| The product works, the DVD had good music, a sexy instructor, I might add (if I'm looking at the right version, mine had a girl named Tanya), and moves I could keep up with. But the one I got had a ball too big for me, so make sure yours is right; contact Gaiam if you must for sizes. |

| If you do hot yoga, do not waste your money. The towel slides all over the place and is basically useless. Spend the extra money and go for the Yogitoes towel instead |

| I love this bag...after yoga classes, when everyone is struggling to fit their mats, towels, etc inside their bags, I zip mine in no problems. There is tons of extra space too, for water bottle, keys, ipod, even a change of clothes. And it does not hurt that it is so cute too. Get it! |
