| My husband and I started the P90x work out and needed to get this in a hurry. It fits into a standard door way perfectly and is very stable. Different hand placements allow for diversified workouts. My only gripe is you can't go very wide (just b/c of the way it sits in the door). But, has not disappointed us since we've started using it. |

| This attachment works just fine. However, it feels very, very strange to be using it because it does not lock on or otherwise actually "attach" to the Door Gym. For the first week, I kept staring at it expecting to fall. Now, I don't think about it. If you need to do anything on the Door Gym with a wide reach (and if you are trying to develop quality lats, you must use a wide reach at some point), this is a good solution at a good price. |

| This is a very good item. I was worried about this item, as I read tons of conflicting reports. I can now officially say that this item works great! It fit my door frame fine, it came with a clip for the back, but I found that I didn't need it(I guess if I swung around back and forth, there is a chance that I can knock the back part off the frame).

| I've owned the Door Gym and Ab Loops for over 5 years and have never had a problem with them. At 170 lbs, I may not be putting them to the test that some users are, but I've found them to be secure and trouble-free.
I'm a real fan of this product and have recommended it to friends and family and continue to do so without hesitation. I think the two products combined, the Door Gym and Ab Loops, make for a great work out. |

| I was really excited to get the door gym, but when I first put it up I noticed that my door frame was just slightly too wide. If the door gym was about an inch or two longer on either side I would have been set. So I purchased these extension bars and, guess what, the previous reviews are right - these extension bars are worthless. | I've been rehabbing a torn patella for over a year now. I'm back to normal but not as active as before. I've got a lot of strength back in the leg but this device gives me the mobility exercise that I need. This should be a supplement to what activities you're doing now. I'm in my 40s but was a typical skateboard kid so getting on was no problem. The motion was nothing new to me but maybe difficult for others.
