| First Thing -- You cannot / must not / should not attempt to drop these.
If you want a dumbbell that you can work out until failure and drop (which I, personally, think is foolish) this product is not for you. If you are performing workouts that are under control / smart these will work fine. I like that they were cheap to ship from Amazon. | The Bowflex 7 Series treadmill is an excellent product. It is well constructed and offers many exercise programs and options. The only problem that I have experienced with the treadmill was the fan that blows air on the user while exercising was damaged in shipment and does not work. The warranty should cover the repair. I am very well pleased with the Bowflex 7 and would recommend it to anyone desiring a high quality treadmill. |

| I recently bought a set of Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbells; used. I recently cancelled my gym membership and needed a cheaper alternative to stay in shape. I decided to invest in my own gym equipment; free weights, bench, pull up bar, etc. I looked into adjustable dumbbells (power blocks, selecttech, etc.) but decided to go with the SelectTech 1090s. So far, I have not been disappointed.

| Good solid bench. Very sturdy and easy assemble and easy to adjust. The only complaint I have is the seat, it is a little over sized but I got used to it. |

| I purchased this bench with the intention of being able to complete a solid dumbell workout on those days that I could not get to my local gym. The assembly instructions are clear (which apparently is an improvement). The bench is easily assembled in about an hour. The construction is solid and there is no significant wobble. Position adjustments are quick. Although the gap between the butt and back pad bothers some people, it does not seem to be a major issue with me. | I needed to spread the usage of the 50 marked rods during workout. So I decided to purchase this 2nd set, allowing me to use 1 set for upper body, the 2nd set for lower body.

| I got what I was looking for. Bowflex is very easy to assemble and easier to use. If you do not like to go to the gym, like me, and want a home gym that can cover most of the routines that you may want to do, the bowflex is the answer. I recommend it.

| These weights are ideal for my wife and me. The range of weights work great for both of us. They are heavy enough for me, yet light enough for her. An unexpected bonus with this purchase was the "lifting guide" that detailed different lifts to exercise different muscles. Although it is a bit pricy, it is worth the extra money to have a great piece of equipment that takes up very little space and has the Bowflex name on it to back it up. |
