| This really looked good and fairly simple on all the infomercials, but if you live in a small space, without hard floors, it's very difficult. Trying to do the slides, small hops, etc. on carpet wasn't easy. And if you have any kind of back problems, then forget it! A lot of sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, etc. needed. Although I think this would be very effective, I'm unable to do it. I was very disappointed. |

| It was easy to assemble. Nice fit and finish. It works well for my 170 lbs. I bought it for the number of grip options it offered. Glad I bought it. The broad V of my back is coming in good...Something that I've futilely been trying to do with my lat pulldown cable. I'm almost 48 years old. |

| I very much wanted to love this DVD set...but every time I tried to workout with Turbo Jam, I had to stop less than 10 minutes in because my back hurt so badly. There's too much twisting and gyrating for this to a safe workout for your back. Be warned all consumers with back pain, or a weak back, this is NOT a good work out for you. Try something more like pilates or yoga.
I will admit that it would have been a good cardio workout if it hadn't been so damaging. |

| I just received this dvd a week ago, and I love it. This set gives you the workout without the exhaustion. I've bought workout dvd's before and Easily get bored since im not really into excersing. After a long day at work, going to class and then coming home to 3 kids all I want to do is rest, that includes sleeping in as long as I possibly can every morning. | Seriously, don't waste your money here or at Beachbody. Look around at your local stores. I got the same thing (in black) from Meijer for only $8! And they have lasted for months without ever falling apart. |
