 Rating:  - Just had a baby? Great workout!!I am a mother of 3 whose youngest child is 21 months old. I was 38 years old when I had the last child and it had been difficult losing the weight. I heard about Barry's Bootcamp System and ordered the videos. I have been doing the videos at least 3 times a week for the last 45 days and see my body getting toned and I am losing inches. Great Workout!!! Rating: - Great at home workoutI bought this because I found it on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I had already purchased 5 day academy used and found those to be a great intense workout. I know these are not 5 day academy but they are a great workout especially in the 28 mintues from warm up to stretch. I have been at this for almost 4 full weeks and can see changes in my body from doing this system. I hope he comes out with more workouts like the 1000 which is a combination of the upper and lower body moves you do ...
