| I've ran on these shoes about half a dozen times now ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 miles with no problems so far. I highly recommend ASICS shoes for comfort and stability. I also have wide feet and ASICS tends to offer shoes in wide widths. I was running on ASICS Gel Cumulus 9, but I have to say the Nimbus 9 is a superior shoe. | I've used the lower line Asics shoes (2120) I think is the model number. For the money, this shoe is a bit of a letdown. They are comfortable but they rub just a bit in the toe for me. I hope that they break in a bit better with more extended use. I run about 20 miles a week. I have noticed I don't have the same fatigue that I had in my joints from my last pair of shoes (2120's) but it might have been that my 2120's were worn completely out. | Your big toe will chew through the top of the mesh-like construction in under 60 days. Atop that, I got the wrong color, even after the seller ASSURED me that this was a defect with the AMAZON.com website.
Currently awaiting a refund from the seller. |

| I, along with at least 3 others on my wrestling team bought this exact shoe in a variety of sized, First I am going to state the only 2 things the shoe got right, the laces tuck into the tounge well, nothing special but not a problem and the sole gives alot of traction, but every one of us had problems with the shoe falling apart, the sole gets separated from the shoe in every case and this really cost me in the match going to state, the sole failed and I went down, none of us did more than train and compete in them, they ... | I ordered D width sneakers but received 4E width. Upon receipt, I called customer service at Footlocker, the actual provider, and the service was FANTASTIC. I re-ordered the sneakers directly from Footlocker and received the corrected size in a couple days with no charge for shipment (since it was previously paid with the initial order).
There apperently was a glitch between Amazon's website and Footlocker that caused the size error on the original order. P.S. Asics Gel-Cumulus 9 sneaker is a GREAT running shoe ... Read More: |

| I'm running a half marathon in these shoes on Saturday. I've always bought Nike in the past, and I bought the Air Pegasus 25+ and it hurt the balls of my feet so badly that I had to return them. These provide more stability and support for distance running.
Bonus: The snakeskin design makes these super-cute and different from other running shoes. |
