| I ordered the Ab Rocket about 6 or 7 weeks ago. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. This device is good in assisting with sit-ups and leg lifts. I am very pleased with my purchase and I am still using it. I have lost 10 pounds in the last 6 weeks and no doubt the Ab Rocket is part of the reason, but I am also using the "Thigh Master" and hand weights, and doing my best to eat healthier. Another good thing is it does not take up a lot of space.

| The Flexmaster is great!!! What's great about it??
Well it has adjustable resistance cords that won't break at all. You can individually adjust each cord's resistance (usually you can't adjust resistance bands). You can work your arms, chest, legs, back, etc.... You can feel the burn as you use them. And you aren't going to get injured like you can with weights. |
