| Very nice product with adequate features for medium distances. I also purchased a Nathan 20oz hand held to go along with the two 10oz water bottles to allow for longer runs. After several runs I found I like having both of my hands free so I ordered an extra clip on water bottle and large zipper pouch to store gels. An average runer could easily go 1-2 hours out on the trails with this pack - if used in conjunction with other Nathan products or have access to drop bags this would be the perfect belt ... | Good product. I am 5'3" and the front bottles definitely take some getting used to b/c they are taller than the others. HOWEVER, if you are training in the heat it is great to have the extra fluid! |

| This is a great product. Everything that I hoped for and more. I use this for my longer runs, to carry my key, gels, cell phone and id. And there would be room for a couple more things if needed, yet it lays flat and is not bulky. It breaths well, is super comfortable and I just love it. |

| It works just find for running. It fits fine and doesn't move too much. As has been said before, the pocket is a bit small. It does fit keys and an ID just fine.

| It is a great waste pack. It doesn't bounce when you run and perfectly adjust to your body, you even forget that the pack is there. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because they could come up with a way to attach the dangling straps to the belt. |

This belt has the perfect-sized pocket for storing my cell phone, keys, and iPod. It doesn't bounce uncomfortably, and the bottles are easy to take out and put back in. Highly recommend it! |

| I'm very happy with this waist pack. I looked at about a dozen before selecting this one, in part because it was one of the few that bothered to list the waist size of the belt. I use this while cycling, but I don't use it to carry a water bottle - I use it to carry a large tubular speaker for my Ipod (I won't ride with ear buds in).
