| I'm old with bad elbows (medial epicondylitis). If I keep this thing in my car and sqeeze on it on the way to the crag my creaky old elbows don't hurt so much and I find I can pretty much get right to the business of climbing without having to stand in line for warm up routes and without getting the dreadded "flash pump". |
