| I got sucked into buying these when I bought a pair of Nike Air Maxes, which were plenty comfortable without the insoles. I never used them in the shoes they were intended for originally, because I had a different pair of shoes with embarrassingly little padding. | My doctor told me I had plantar fascitis and suggested this for me. After several painful weeks he finally determined that this insert is too wide for me and therefore is not hitting the area as it should in my shoe. It is made for a mans wider feet - not the narrower feet of a woman and there is no way to adjust it. It is well made - but if you have narrow feet it will not work for you. |

| After suffering for 8 weeks with plantar fasciitis, having a cortisone injection, wearing a shoe insert, and ultrasound treatment, I decided to try the night splint after reading the reviews. | I am a former Division 1 track & field athlete who helps train kids in my spare time. I will try just about anything out there to help people run faster or jump higher. Long story short? Warmed up, tested standing vertical, then inserted "spring soles" and tested standing vertical again. Result? Exactly the same.

| Well I wanted to like it and really thought it might work and to be fair it may have worked if I wore it every night but it hurt to wear, was unconfortable, woke me up in the middle of the night in toe pain and was a little warm. I tried many different ways of making sure it was loose but it always slipped back tight onto my toes. My girlfriend wore them for her foot problems and within 2 months she said her pain had abated completed! |
