| I bought this kit thinking it was a good deal, but that turned out to not be the case. The mat after just a few weeks of use is no longer sticky and it came with a few nicks in it. I fixed the nicks with tape and I thought oh that's not so bad, but then I slid down the mat doing downward dog and hurt my shoulder, ouch! I would say buy everything separate and save yourself the pain. The blocks and the strap are good just not the mat. My old mat I had for 10 years before it finally lost it's stickiness. ... | As much as I like doing The Firm (I bought this set to progress with my fitness regimen), these DVDs were outright frustrating! Do they work? Of course...once you get the routines right, which I have yet to do!

| I am an absolute begginer to Yoga & I have to say this kit is impressive. It comes with everything a Yoga newcomer would need & includes a DVD with introductions to poses that is not intimidating at all. The 40 minute workout portion of the DVD is also great & trust me when I say you will very quickly realize what Yoga will do for your mind & body. | Being new to yoga I thought this was a good deal. But after learning a few poses in class with the strap, the 6' was too short for comfort, and ended up buying an 8' strap instead. Then after getting into it a little more, I realized I needed two blocks instead of just one. Now I have a mismatched set of colors, but that's just my preference to have a matched set. | When I first bought the savasa yoga fitness kit, I thought that it was just a couple of stretches and then I was done. But I really really works every muscle in my body! I do it every day!
