| I wanted a nice mat for a reasonable price and this one is it. It is nice and thick and has a great texture. It has a bit of spring to it but not enough to affect your balance. I also really like the colors. I didn't want to get a bright blue mat and it seems like the other mats out there don't give you much of a choice. I actually got two mats. | My yoga practice required alot of time on my elbows doing push ups and dolphin, etc. This mat has saved my elbows! It's very soft but you don't slip. It's been washed at least 4 times now and it still looks good. |

| I'm slightly disappointed with this. My hands tend to get sweaty and slip while in certain yoga positions (down dog, etc.), and I had hoped this mat would alleviate that, but it doesn't. My hands and bare feet slip on this too. I wear weight lifting gloves now to prevent slipping. I still use the mat as it helps to somewhat cushion my body and my lower back, but would not purchase another like it. It may work better on a bare floor than on carpet. | I gave this to my husband for his birthday. He does yoga at home with videos. He loves the mat, it is much gentler on his knees. It is a bit heavy, so just beware of that if you intend to travel with it. |

| These cork blocks are so much nicer than the foam ones, and they're environmentally friendly. Just as important though is these are sturdier, you'll feel a lot more supported in your poses, less shaky and uncertain. |

| Very nice color, rich velvety red, wonderful soft fabric, nice shape, although, not really great for working out or yoga because the wide leg prevents seeing my foot and the waist slips down during aerobics (jogging in place, etc) Overall, they look and feel nice. And, they washed nicely too but became a little pilled near the feet. I hope they hold up in the washer over time. I like my yoga pants. |
