| Been playing for almost 20 years (yikes) and year in and year out this ball is the still the best indoor ball out there. Great touch and feel. It is a bit hard when brand spank'n new - they do need to be broken in - but it's rather quick (couple of games?) and after that it's fantastic.

| I coach youth volleyball. These are the same balls we use during practice and games for our JV team. They are made for indoor use, but my daughter uses hers outside all the time and it has held up. I would suggest using these for 6th grade girls and lower. Once the girls move up to 7th grade and beyond, they should be using a regular weight volleyball. Be careful with the pictures .. | This volleyball is maybe the best value out there. Ok, it's not as good as the gold tachikara (which feels feather light, soft, and is super responsive), but this ball is close enough to justify not spending the extra $. Any other ball in this price range will hurt you with it's synthetic or low quality leather. No red arms from this ball.
Buy this ball for open gym, or practices. Save your expensive ball for games only. |

| This is a GREAT volleyball. For those who complain about the ball hurting their hands, this will silence them big time. This ball plays well, is durable, and comes in fun colors. Competition players may prefer a regulation ball, but for recreation this ball is wonderful. I wish I would have found it sooner, so I could have enjoyed it more. |

| Very soft leather - feels great. Expensive though - $60 after paying shipping and tax. Only for volleyball enthusiasts. I wouldn't recommend this for beginner or young players - only for those with the proper skills who play a lot. It needs to be kept indoors, so it would get destroyed too easily if not looked after. |

| these are teh best balls to play. They work well indoor and outdoor (but outdoor will mess them up good though). They are a bit harder than most ball but does allow for a very accurate hit. It also give you that EXPLODING sound when you slam it down. Get it from Amazon. A buddy of mine got them cheap ($45) and they came with the RED panels loose. Must be from a lower grade services. |
